The data controller is Solón Inversiones, S.L., C. Santa Engracia 14, 28010 Madrid, Spain. You can reach us at bernardo.hernandez@gmail.com for any question about this policy or your data.

What data we collect

This website is a personal portfolio. It has no user accounts, newsletters or contact forms, and it does not sell anything. The only data processed is technical data generated by your visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies, which are described in the Cookie Policy.

If you write to us by email, we keep your message and address only for as long as it takes to answer you and handle any follow-up.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

Technical data needed to display the site securely is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in running the website. Statistics about how the site is used (Google Analytics) are only collected with your consent, which you give or refuse through the cookie banner and can change at any time from the Cookies & Settings link in the footer. Emails you send us are processed to answer your request.

Who receives your data

The site is hosted by SiteGround Spain S.L. (Madrid, Spain). Usage statistics, when you consent to them, are processed by Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics). The videos in the Engagements section are hosted by Vimeo, Inc., which may set its own cookies once you play a video. Some of these providers may transfer data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider, normally no longer than a few weeks. Analytics data is kept for the retention period configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months. Emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and any legal obligation that may follow.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to withdraw any consent you have given and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, write to bernardo.hernandez@gmail.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
